Summary

You can use a set play like this at any point in the game, but it’s best to use it when you really need a quick

basket. A lay-up by the 1 is the ideal shot from this play.

This play was used by the my high school in crunch-time situations. This play is designed for the point guard to

get a lay-up, and I was fortunate enough to be the point guard and win a game on a last second shot with this

play. If executed properly, the defense can become extremely confused.
